How many years have you taught students online?
My students have thrived in an online landscape since 2020. I have successfully delivered one-on-one and group instruction to a wide range of UK and international students. My lessons are engaging and interactive. I receive excellent feedback and maintain a positive, enthusiastic and supportive approach with all my students.

What exam boards do you cover?
I cover all reputable UK and International exam boards and tutor students from all over the globe.

How do online sessions work?
If it’s your first session, we start by ascertaining your starting points and you can share any topics in each science discipline you are finding particularly challenging.
We meet on Zoom, where we use platforms that allow us both to be fully interactive in the session and annotate questions on the screen.

I often email you past paper questions in advance of the session so that you can see your progress and have model answers to refer to.

Each session, we begin by checking knowledge, understanding and any misconceptions arising from the previous session.

During our session, I deliver instruction on key scientific concepts engagingly and interactively. We focus on a range of short and structured answer questions, with increasing independence using the ‘I do, we do, you do’ approach.

I cultivate a sense of self-belief in my students, empowering students to overcome learning challenges and become confident, competent learners.
